• SYNTHETIC DEMO — invented for demonstration; never verified campus data.
• INSTITUTION-SUPPLIED — provided with permission; source owner recorded.
• AWAITING VERIFICATION — not yet checked by an authorised person.

What we collect

Account name, email and role; request text you enter; contact-form enquiries; login security logs. Purpose: operate the demonstration and respond to enquiries. Access is restricted by role. We do not collect academic records, biometrics, CCTV or tracking data in this pilot.

Retention and contact

Demo data is retained only for the demonstration period. Use the contact form to request access or deletion. Retention rules for any real pilot must be agreed in writing.
